538 The Shores Custom Home Groundbreaking
Our Newest Custom Home Project
In addition to the massive 20,000 square foot ultra-luxury custom home that we are building in the prestigious Vista del Mar community of West Bay, Cayman Structural Group is also breaking ground on a few other commercial and luxury custom home projects.
The newest is a 5,000 square foot private residence located in The Shores at West Bay. This well-established, gated community features canal front properties and stunning water views.
Cayman Structural Group is the general contractor, project manager, and contract manager for this custom home ICF construction.
Groundbreaking took place on January 16, with crews hard at work since then preparing the site for construction. After surveying and measuring the site, dump trucks and bulldozers and other heavy equipment began to unload and move material to make the lot more suitable for home construction.
Work is now underway on the foundation and underlying structure of the luxury custom home, with more updates to come in the future.
