Welcome back to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
Several homes have had their footing pillars poured, and strip work to more footings is underway. The nature of this project requires certain homes be farther along in construction than others. The photos below are actually a great representation of the initial stages of a multi-unit construction. The most interesting developments can be found in observing the full shell of a concrete structure with no bells and whistles, opposed to the foundation pillars being poured on other homes.

Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
