Lalique Point Residence - Project Update 5/17/19

Custom Home Construction Progress

Construction of the Lalique Point Residence is moving along very well. A summary of the interior and exterior additions is listed below:

• Install of Sierra Pacific exterior windows and doors is mostly completed.
• Shiplap install completed to the guest house walls; in progress to main house 2nd floor walls.
• External finish work in progress to external walls, beams and columns.
• Retaining wall footers and CMU wall construction in progress around the site.
• Pool and Spa structural work mostly completed. Pool is almost ready for final rendering and diamond brite finish.
• Pool plumbing pipe and pool light conduit rough-in mostly completed.
• A/C condensing units (x2) installed to guest house; A/C operational now to guest house ground floor and 2nd floor. A/C final install and start-up in progress to the main house.
• Primer and finish paint application in progress to internal walls and ceilings to main house and guest house.
• Stain/finish completed to the game room T&G ceiling.
• Summer kitchen structure, roof truss and roof plywood completed.
• Summer kitchen fascia wrap completed and wind and water shield completed.
• Tile work mostly completed to Guest, Bath 1, 2, 3 and Master Bath showers and bathroom floors.
• Wood flooring material on site. Waiting to climatize in guest house in the A/C, and wood flooring install will commence shortly.
• Electrician has power install completed to all A/C equipment.
• Enviroshake roof tile completed to breezeway, garage and summer kitchen roofs.
