Excitement builds as Periwinkle construction moves into second phase

Spring proved to be a very busy season for the Periwinkle housing development. Momentum is building and the pace of construction is picking up and anticipation for the community’s completion is generating quite a buzz around the island! As the first sustainable community in the Cayman Islands, our contractors and builders are confident that the finished product will live up to the lofty ambitions the Grand Harbor community is striving for!

As of March, plastering to the first floor door opens was almost completely completed in Building A. Plastering to the interior walls was also well underway. These luxurious homes are built on sturdy foundations and superior walls to withstand hurricane force winds.
