Cayman First Insurance Progress Update 10/27/16
Cayman Structural Group has been working hard on a new three-story commercial building project for Cayman First Insurance. Arch and Godfrey, a leading construction company in the Cayman Islands, will be doing the shell construction work for the new building. The completed structure will be a large (27,078 sq. ft) three-story commercial building for Cayman First Insurance. The new commercial building will be used as the main offices for the insurance company once it is completed.
Shell Construction
In our last update, we talked about the role that Cayman Concrete Pumping was playing in the construction. Thanks to their state-of-the-art equipment and exceptionally efficient pouring methods, the building of the structure’s shell and foundation has moved along swiftly. The second floor has been erected and crews are beginning the initial stages in constructing the roof. Scaffolding surrounds the new commercial building as shell construction continues.
The building will be on the corner of Shedden Road and Artco Drive in George Town, Grand Cayman. Future updates will be provided once more construction is completed.
