The Governor's Design & Construction Excellence Award
The Excellence Award was made by the Governor to “encourage, foster and maintain design innovation, sustainability and excellence in the Cayman Islands construction industry”. It was created by the Governor, the Cayman Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers (CASE) and the Cayman Contractors Association (CCA).
This simply elegant, unique, and tranquil beach house nestled on Rum Point constructed by Cayman Structural Group in conjunction with Edgewater Developments has received the 2015 Governor’s Award “for design and construction excellence”.
Cayman Structural Group is proud to have worked with Edgewater Developments to complete the construction of this modern luxury waterfront home in Rum Point. As with all of our construction projects on Grand Cayman, we work to build with quality and provided a completed shell for this home (the shell is the exterior wall structure, poured concrete for this design) and other concrete work including the pool.
