Welcome back to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
After establishing the prep work and foundation in the month of September, our crew has had some difficulties. Considerable progress has been made in the realm of form work, despite heavy winds. Wooden fabrication is also underway for some homes. Our crew finished out this month with considerable form progress, with columns underway as well.

Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
