Welcome back to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
Work continues on getting the second floor done on two of the fourteen structures going into the Periwinkle development. There are some really great pictures here of the finished buildings in the rear while the construction in ongoing in the foreground. You can see the decking go down, which will later form the subfloor for the second level.

Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community.
