Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction - Update 9/30/17
Welcome to Periwinkle Grand Harbour, one of Cayman Structural Group's large scale luxury developments!
Cayman Structural Group began constructing the Periwinkle Luxury Home a few days before the first of September. Our crew began by digging the form work on the markers where the structures are to be built. Prep work was done by placing the rebar footers throughout the marked off area. We then moved on to fabricating rebar for the foundation of several structures, prep work, and placing more rebar for formwork.
The wall layout and template for some structures has been completed, and for others termite treatment was applied where slabs have been filled. Our crew applied a 6 mil moisture barrier on top of the concrete, and continued building walls for structures further along. Cayman Structural Group is happy to be working in a beautiful location, progress is coming along nicely.
Periwinkle Luxury Home Construction
Periwinkle of the Cayman Islands is a $80 million development project that can expect to have all of the units completed by late 2018 or early 2019. In total there are 20 cottages, 28 courtyard town homes, 23 waterfront town homes, and 10 luxury villa homes planning for the community. A 60′ swimming pool and central clubhouse amenity are also planned for the project.
