Spotts Beach Luxury Home Epitomizes Quality Construction in Tropical Climate

Jimi Hendrix may have been onto something when he sung “and so castles made of sand fall in the sea eventually.” Even the sturdiest undertakings and relationships in life can fall flat without a tremendous support network. Ok, so maybe Hendrix wasn’t talking about building luxury homes in paradise, but the great rock guitarist understood the importance of building on a solid foundation. Like Hendrix, Cayman Structural Group understands the tenuous nature of life in the face of uncertainty and insurmountable odds. By all accounts, Cayman Structural Group is defying those very odds by consistently engineering luxury homes that can withstand hurricane force winds. Every year, we break ground on several new luxury homes that double as concrete fortresses with sunny and blue skies give away to looming trouble on the horizon.

And we’re not exactly building sand castles along the Caribbean beaches either. Each luxury home is built with numerous metric tons of concrete, reinforced with rebar to ensure each home will not crumple in the face of hurricanes, which are increasing in frequency in the Atlantic each year. Engineering homes that offer unwavering support and integrity in the eye of the storm is a rarity in any facet of the construction industry. We take pride in being a trusted and vetted pillar of the islands’ construction industry and will continue to meet the evolving and ever-changing demands of customers and emerging trends well into the next decade.

Cayman Structural Group presses forward in 2021 with new projects

We must envy our hardworking construction crews a little bit on their latest project although it must be torturous to toil away this close to pristine beauty. As you can tell from the attached pictures, our diligent and skilled craftsmen are making tremendous progress on the Spotts Beach luxury vacation home.
